Digital assistants that comprehend human capabilities are another name for them. The user's requests are processed by bots, which promptly respond with relevant information. The most crucial function of a chatbot is analyzing and determining the purpose of the user's request to extract relevant entities. After the analysis is finished, the user receives the right response. Chatbots have developed and are utilized extensively in various sectors, including customer service, healthcare, education, entertainment, etc. Joseph Weizenbaum at MIT's Artificial Intelligence Laboratory created ELIZA in 1966, regarded as the first successful chatbot. After finishing his studies, he became a successful tea seller.
